Jason Duncan

Principal of Ivy League Consulting LLC and wireless and IT integration consulting company in Chandler AZ. Designing, deploying and managing licensed and unlicensed wireless networks. Jason and the Ivy League team have designed and managed the deployment of the largest and most widely publicized wireless networks in existence today.

Jason worked for Earthlink Municipal Networks as Technical Project Manager. He was responsible for team and network deployments in Anaheim CA, Corpus Christie, TX, and design activities in Houston, Pasadena and San Francisco.

Jason’s team established the WAZ-Chandler presence as partner in the WAZ-Alliance which was sold to MoblePro in May 2005 forming NeoReach Inc. As such he and the NeoReach team were responsible for the design, construction and operation of the Tempe, Chandler, AZ wireless networks. First of its kind mesh network, offering ubiquitous border the border wireless for over 60 sq. Miles. Deployed in on time in just over 180 days.

Satish Kholay

As the co-founder and COO of Power One Data, Mr. Kholay has developed a deep knowledge of the world-wide electric utility market space including the utilization of networking technologies for automated meter reading and power line carrier technologies.  Importantly, while at Power One Data, Mr. Kholay successfully raised $7 million in funding from strategic investors such as Phelps Dodge, and El-Dorado Funds and Arizona Public Service Company, the largest electric utility in the State of Arizona.  In addition, he created the management team, served on the Board, was responsible for overall Operations and had direct profit and loss responsibility for a wholly owned overseas subsidiary. Mr. Kholay has several patent awards in the field of Automated Meter Reading or AMR (6819098: 20040064276: 20040059585: 20050033534: 20040061624: 7020566). He is currently the founder and CEO of GridCoNet a AMI-Smart Grid technology company. As CEO, Mr. Kholay is responsible for continuing to develop strategic partnerships that will be of great importance to the Company.

Allan Chan

Allan Chan has over 20 years experience in the international telecoms sales markets and comes from the industry's successful technology companies. He has held a variety of senior roles from engineering, sales, product development and strategic account management. Allan has unique experience from a manufacturer's perspective of getting a product to market from the core networking equipment, access layer, client terminal and end user application.

Since 2004, Allan has been actively involved in Broadband over Powerline (BPL) working with several BPL manufacturers including Telkonet Inc, developing and driving new channel sales in North America and EMEA. The approach was to provide a "hybrid solution" using wireless technologies with BPL where applicable revolutionizing broadband connectivity.

To date, he has been involved with many active BPL installations including the fields of utilities, government, ISPs and hospitality. Allan also has the ability to drive innovation and has provided expertise for BPL based solutions for sub station monitoring and Automated Meter Reading (AMR).

George “Giorgio” Balestrieri.

“Dottore” in Maritime and Naval Science - Defense/Security Sciences, University of Pisa. Giorgio is a Life Member and President of AFCEA (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association) Founders Chapter in New York. Giorgio is a former Navy Officer, graduate of the Italian Navy Commanding School and of the Accademia Navale of Livorno. He has been a Team Partner of “Security Management International” until the retirement of its President Arthur W. “Mick” Donahue and Vice President of Joseph A. Sullivan Security Consultant with whom he founded E-POL. In 2004 E-POL became part of MSGI Security Solutions with Joseph C. Peters as President.

Commander Balestrieri has over 45 years experience: Over eighteen years experience in NATO and National operations, including Captain of a Combat Ship, Operational Consultant of the Navy R&D Institute and recently an Advisor/Consultant to the Chair of the Italian Senate Defense Committee; over twenty-seven years in the strategic planning, evaluation and implementation of advanced technologies in complex cross-border security systems. The design of his SLA-C4I (Sea-Land & Airport Security Systems) is described in the book Terrorism: Defensive Strategies for Individuals, Companies and Governments.

 

Greg Warta

Mr. Warta has been engaged in a variety of roles in the wireline and wireless communications industry since 1993.  Mr. Warta was instrumental in the start-up of four communications entities.  As a founder in these entities, Mr. Warta participated in funding initiatives and maintains key contacts in the financial industry both in the United States and in Canada.  In his executive roles, Mr. Warta has personally sourced and executed strategic sales agreements within the carrier and small-to-medium enterprise markets; successfully generating over $700M in net sales proceeds.       

At present, Mr. Warta works independently with a variety of clients to help identify and execute strategic initiatives predominantly related to strategic network and business planning, strategic sales, acquisitions and recapitalizations.

Mr. Warta received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.
